Five Pillars

Our mission is to help you live a happy and fulfilling life by helping you build healthy habits. The programmes we provide are backed by scientific case studies, showing a positive outcome in health and sense of wellbeing. We focus on the five pillars that if neglected, have potential to cause the greatest stress

Physical Health

The largest benefit of a great diet and regular exercise is the way it helps your body stave off diseases and other conditions. Your body's immune system is a complex machine, and diet and exercise can heavily affect it. Too many of the wrong foods can put you at risk, but the right foods complemented by appropriate exercise will boost your body's ability to fight disease.

Spiritual Health

Stress can kill brain cells and even reduce the size of the brain. Emotional stress is a major contributing factor to the six leading causes of death in the United States. Maintaining inner peace and tranquility through a daily spiritual practice reduces stress, builds resilience and sharpens your focus.

mental Health

Exercising your mind is as important as exercising your body. Adding activities that support mental agility to your daily routine not only boosts your memory, but can also protect against aging, certain types of dementia, and improve the quality of life in your mature years.

The quality of our relationships affects our mental, emotional and physical health. People in healthy long-term relationships are 50% less likely to die prematurely than people without them. In terms of life expectancy, living without these relationships is as unhealthy as smoking!

Although money cannot buy you happiness or health, in the world we live in, it is virtually impossible to thrive without it. Unfortunately most people spend the bulk of their time focused on this pillar, leaving very little time on the other four pillars

Our 30 day programmes

get things done

Managers are well acquainted with S.M.A.R.T. goals, but they can also be applied to your personal life. When planning a project or new habit, it makes all the difference if the goals and the plan for attaining them are well defined. We make sure each goal meets the following 5 criteria: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, Timely.

Each of our habit-building programs is SPECIFIC to a health goal. Assessments are performed at the start of the program and after each practice which helps you to MEASURE the impact of the program. All required resources including time, money or special equipment is known at the onset which makes each program ACHIEVABLE. Programmes are broken into bite-sized chunks and suitable for beginners, and are therefore REALISTIC. Finally the programmes meet the TIMELY criteria by scheduled them over a specific number of days

your personal goals

Aside of the habit-building programmes that we provide, also includes the complete Getting Things Done framework as defined by the infamous David Allen. Use this framework to move any of your dreams into reality by breaking them down into projects, goals and tasks.
